Notebook Pen Set for Bioactivx

Simplicity Gifts is pleased to have delivered a professional corporate gift set for Bioactivx, a Singapore-based regenerative biomaterials company specialising in innovative synthetic skin substitutes for wound care. As a MedTech start-up focused on precision and quality, Bioactivx needed branded items that felt refined, practical, and aligned with their corporate identity.

The solution featured an A6 Bentley PU leather notebook customised in Bioactivx’s signature light blue corporate colour, paired with matching promotional pens. The notebook was finished with a debossed logo, while the pens received one-colour silkscreen printing, creating a coordinated set ideal for employee use, client meetings, or event giveaways.

Debossing involves pressing the logo into the PU leather surface under heat and pressure, resulting in a subtle, indented impression. This technique produces a premium, tactile finish that feels sophisticated and durable without adding ink or colour. It works especially well on textured leatherette covers, giving the notebook a clean, understated branding that complements the soft blue tone and elastic closure.

The accompanying pens were customised using one-colour silkscreen printing. This method applies ink through a fine mesh screen, delivering sharp, consistent logo reproduction that adheres well to the pen barrel. Silkscreen printing is reliable for promotional writing instruments, offering good durability and clear visibility of the Bioactivx logo and icon.

Together, the notebook and pens form a practical everyday set that recipients will use for notes, ideas, and meetings. The colour-matched design and dual branding techniques ensure strong brand presence while maintaining a professional, modern aesthetic suited to the MedTech and healthcare sectors.

This project highlights how thoughtful customisation elevates simple stationery into effective corporate gifts Singapore companies value. At Simplicity Gifts, we handled colour matching, debossing, silkscreen printing, and quality finishing to deliver a polished, ready-to-distribute solution.
