How can I place my order?
You may send an inquiry form to us by filling up the form at the page of the desired item. We will contact you immediately upon receiving your form for continued discussions. All our prices are upfront and clear online for your reference!
Will you be able to find any gift my company needs? What will I need to provide?
Sourcing for gifts is our speciality. Simply provide us a photo of the item, a short description of the item, and mention where did you see the item. We will follow up with a competitive quote for the corporate gift you wish to have.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For corporate gifts that require logo printing and customisation, an order should be placed at least 22 working days in advance. For urgent orders, we can fulfill most orders within 12 working days, with a small express delivery fee.
Can you send me a catalogue or brochure of your products?
As the range of our items are always up to date with the latest trends, and being a environment conscious company, we do not print physical copies of catalogues. All our trendiest corporate gifts are available on our webpage with the clear and transparent pricings!
Will I receive an order receipt/order confirmation?
Yes! After confirming your order, an e-invoice will be sent to you.
Is there a minimum purchase required?
Our minimum quantity for orders are 50 or 100 for most gifts.
Can I get a discount for larger quantity orders?
Yes there are definately discounts for bulk orders! For bulk orders of less than 1000, the discounts have been incorporated into the prices stated on the item page. For bulk orders more than 1000 pieces, please contact email@example.com for the preferential rates.
Do you have samples of your products?
Yes! We have some stocks for sample viewing for most of the gifts shown in our catalogue. Not to worry, all our photos of our gifts are taken professionally by our in-house photographers, so what you see is what you get!
How customizable are your corporate gifts?
Our gifts are fully customisable. Generally, we do not have a limit on the number of colours for the logo print, though it may cost slightly more.
What’s the shipping cost?
The shipping cost for our gifts have already been incorporated into the price per piece which you see on the item page. There will be no additional costs and what you see is the nett price.
Do you ship to multiple locations, including overseas?
Yes we will be able to ship to multiple locations in Singapore, subjected to a surcharge of $80 per additional location. Delivery to 1 location in Singapore is free. We do ship to overseas too.
