Mid-Autumn Appreciation Care Pack as Gifts for NUS

Simplicity Gifts was delighted to partner with NUS MSE (National University of Singapore, Materials Science and Engineering) on a thoughtful Mooncake Festival employee appreciation project. The goal was to create festive, ready-to-distribute goodie bags that would bring seasonal joy to staff while offering practical and premium items they could enjoy.

Each care pack featured a functional knitted tote bag available in five different festive designs. Two of the designs are shown here, a deep navy bag with a moon motif and a vibrant red bag featuring a traditional lantern and rabbit pattern. The bags are reusable, stylish, and perfectly suited to the Mid-Autumn Festival theme, giving recipients something useful long after the celebrations end.

Accompanying each bag was a cute rabbit pin, adding a playful festive touch that complements the Mid-Autumn symbolism of the moon rabbit. Inside, the packs were filled with high-quality local and premium treats carefully selected for the occasion: Mdm Ling Bakery mooncakes and cookies, Bacha Coffee sachets, and TWG tea. These well-loved local brands elevated the gift, offering a mix of traditional festive flavours and everyday indulgences that staff could savour at home or in the office.

To make distribution effortless for the NUS MSE team, Simplicity Gifts pre-packed every goodie bag completely before delivery. Each set was assembled, quality-checked, and organised so the client could simply hand them out during their Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations or staff appreciation activities. This end-to-end service saved valuable time and ensured consistency across all packs.

Festive corporate gifts and employee appreciation sets remain highly effective for universities and organisations in Singapore. Thoughtfully curated Mid-Autumn Festival goodie bags combine cultural relevance with practical value, helping institutions express gratitude while creating a sense of celebration and care.
